SHOULD I BUY THE 2005 MODEL OF

545 WITH SPORTS AND NAV AND AUTO
OR
530 WITH SPORTS NAV AUTO PREMIUM XENON

which one has a better value for money?

whatabout in terms of gas mileage? does 545 have so bad gas mileage? i heard 545 has valvetronic but does it help pretty much compared over the 530i?

OR SHOULD I EVEN WAIT FOR THE R6 ENGINE WITH 258 HP IN FALL 2005?

My car is 545i ... it is really good car .. except adaptive transmission ... it annoys me .. I don't feel it is comfortable " sometimes only ".

if you like speeding then it is the best in handling ..
in average .. a full tank of fule .. will take me about 400 + - km/h

i am in california... united states...

i see that 545 has valvetronic... but does it help the gas mileage so much?

because the current 530 has good gas mileage.. around 20 is it..

ok thanks.. i have red it and most people say 530 has similar gas mileage to 545... but still 545 even with valvetronic... the gas still really wasteful

I have a 530i with the manual transmission and I get around 26 miles per gallon (city/highway).

Hey, i'm from SF bay area. I would say go for 545i. Although i have a 530i but 545i is still much much more 'fun' to drive. My buddy's 545i has a pretty gd gas mileage. drive from SF ( full tank) to LA without stopping by gas station. It's your decision though. Gd luck!
