Well, November has come and gone into the record books and to date it has been my best month yet. I want to thank all of you for your questions, support and of course, your business. Much thanks to Sergey for taking delivery of the first car I've sold to a forum member. It looks like last month's programs will continue. Of particular interest to many of you is the $4000 5 to 5 rebate where, if you are driving a 5 series and get into another E60 you can save a nice amount of money. I know that a lot of us, me included, are waiting for the F10 but remember, like all new models, for a while it won't be supported with favorable rates or substantial dealer discounts. The lease on the new F01-02, 7 series was close to $2000 month when it was first introduced and now it's back to $1200-$1300, around where it was on the old model. For those of us who want the privilege of driving the F10 shortly after launch, expect to pay well for it. That said, I am going to be putting a deal together, once rates stabilize, where you can expect to pay the same discounted rate for it that I offer members on our entire line up.

Speaking of discounts, I would again like to offer forum members $250 above dealer invoice on any car you finance, lease or purchase from me. Standard bank fee of $725 and normal published rates and residuals will also apply. No marked up bank fees, money factors or interest rates like many of you have experienced elsewhere. Again, my only request is if you ask me for a deal, that you are prepared to buy and are not using my numbers to shop against other dealers. It's my intention to give you unbeatable prices but it's also necessary for me to sell cars to earn my living. I make nothing by quoting cars I don't deliver.

I would also like to offer each and every one of you birddog. If you put me in touch with a friend or relative who I can offer the same savings and they buy, my dealership will pay you $100 for the first and $250 for each additional person who you refer in any calendar month. It's like getting paid to save your friends money and a win/win situation for us all. I will also make a small donation to this forum for each car I sell to a member or friend.

Once again, much thanks to all of you. My sons Brandon and Alec (who many of you have met) and I wish all of you a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season.

I would say the buzz of the month is X5 and sadly, we have none in stock I cannot believe how popular they are.

I would think that it would be normal for this time of year for the X5s to be in demand in the northeast.

Well, the problem is twofold. First, the lease deal on the X3 is horrible. I won't even quote them anymore. Second of all, there is a very limited supply of X5s available. We have one in stock that I'm sure will sell in a day or so.

If anyone's interested in a new vehicle, today is then last day for the BMW Joy Sales event which offers rebates on all models ranging from $1500 to $4000. Tomorrow, not only will the rebates be gone, BMW has announced a price increase on all vehicles wholesaled after January 1. Remember, you do not actually have to take delivery in order to take advantage but we do need to have a credit application submitted by today. Thanks again to everyone for making this a really great month and 2009 an exceptional year. Happy & healthy New Year.

Jeff
