I bought my car at Grady BMW in Mobile, Ala. It is about an hour away from me. I could have gone to Peake BMW in NO, but I really do not like Peake because of a prior experience. At Peake, 10 years ago, I was looking for a 318ti which was the least expensive BMW built at that time. The dealership seemed uninterested in selling me a car becasue it was not a "real' 3, 5, or 7 series.
Fast forward 10 years and 2 BMW s later. I went to Grady BMW in Mobile. They used to be Grady automotive and carried muliple GM brands, Mazda, and BMWs. They are now selling only BMWs. The may be having some growing pains, but, are very helpful, courteous, and determined to do things right. I have had a/c problems for a while and they did everything BMWNA told them to try to correct the problem. I think this time after BMWNA realized the problem may be in other areas they have fixed the problem.
Staff is courteous, professional, and even fun. My sales person enjoyed the buying experince because he loves the product.
