Is this a good lease deal on a 530i or 545i?

Competition in Smithtown, NY It's where I also bought my X3. We are considering the 525i before the end of the year

Hassel is pretty competitive too, you may want to check them out...i also see every night here in NY, usually a commercial on the 525i and they are running some special lease rates, even as low as $469 , but I dont know the options and stuff, but you should definitlely ask about this winter sale that BMW NA is advertising...

That's with the options listed (sports suspension, xenon, premium, sirius prep).
Yes, the monthly payments include tax.
Residual is 62% with 12,000 miles/yr., $0 down and about $3000 of drive off fees which includes security deposit, first months rent, license...

This was from Habberstad on LI. (BTW - I took the deal, but ended up putting some cash down to get the monthly under $500).

My Ride: 2005 530i - Alpine white with auburn interior; tip, xenon, pdc, sirius, prem, cold weather, red reflectors and xpel.
a061444 - I think your deal is okay, but not great. The caveat is I am not familar with your market.
I believe the MSRP of your car is $52,070 with an invoice of $47,615 (no fees or adv). The current base money factor is equal to a 3.0% interest rate. If your car was sold at $1,600 over invoice (no fees), 3% MF, 0 down (upfront is 1st mo, security, reg, etc) your monthly payment before taxes would be $573. Including 7% tax it would be $613. I'm not sure a dealer would do this.
If your region has a marketing fee ...say $500, your payment would be $588 ($629 with 7% tax). If I have your facts correct, I think you are paying a regional adv fee (or some other fee) as well as higher than base MF. I believe (don't know as fact) a dealer can inflate the MF by .0004 which equates to 1%. If at 4% and $660 (7% tax), the amount over invoice would be about $1,900 over invoice (so a $300 fee add-on).
Hopefully, I have the facts straight. You need to determine if this is a good deal in your market. I would certainly try to make sure you are getting the base MF. Some dealer's will not share this info.
I have been able to get base MF and $2,200 over invoice ($2,200 includes a regional advertising coop). I hope this information helps you evaluate your offer.
