Good Deal?
I'm being offered a 2006 530i demo (3900 miles) 36 month lease for $637 a month after tax and I'm not sure if it's a good deal. I'm told the offer is at $300 below invoice since it'a a demo, and the MSRP is $51,250. It has a 6 speed steptronic automatic transmission and has the premium package along with the cold weather package and heated front seats. Any thoughts?

I think it is a horrible deal. Why you ask...because I ordered mine in October and I am still waiting. I am going to be upset if he drives his e60 past my house before I get mine.
