I liked working with Russ Smyth. Decent guy, knows the product, no bull and easy to work with. I came very close to buying my wife an X5 35d earlier this year, and found Russ to be one of the better CA's I've worked with at SCBMW.

Tnx swajames.....got your reply a little late, however had a very pleasant and professional buying experience at Stevens Creek BMW from our CA Gil Martinez.
