getting deposit back in PA

My Ride: Delivered 1/16/07 07 530i Silver Grey/Blk., ZSP, ZPP, ZCW, Logic 7, Step, Sirius
I ordered a 530 in PA last week and was wondering if anyone knows if i can get my deposit back an cancel the order.

It all depends on the dealer, normally you should be able to. It is a deposit and actual sale of the vehicle happens when the vehicle is delivered and you drive away. I am in NJ and had this situation once and my card company automatically reversed the charge with no questions.
