Finally after 6 weeks of wait, I am reunited with my 2005 545i. After 1197 miles of pure autobahn fun in Europe, my car arrived at the dealership with 1204 miles. Must be a long drive from the port to the ship!

The Specs: 545i, Titanium Gray, Blk Leather, SMG, Sport, Premium, CWP, Nav, Rear Heated Seats, Nav, Logic 7, Anthracite Trim, Sunshades, HUD, Sirius.

Bluetooth rocks and it paired up with my unsupported Treo 650/Cingular just fine.

Week 9 production, actually finished on March 2.

The only thing that transferred over with the Treo 650 is the numbers that are on my favorites buttons.

congrats, arnolds ! very nice car ! i think they intentionally drove the car over 1,200 miles. they don't want you to wait another 3 miles .

We went from Munich to Nurnburg to Dingolfing to Rothenburg ob Tauber to St. Goar to Belgium to Luxembourg to Nancy to Strasbourg and back to Munich in a span of about 4 days.

Ok, here are the rules as stated for us at the ED center and as it applies to the 545 V8.

Vary the RPM, don't stay on one speed or one gear, try not to exceed 4500 rpm, and if you do go over the 4500 rpm, try not to stay on it for a significant amount of time. I didn't have a problem hitting 150 mph a couple of times following that advice.
