[quote name='Heloha' date='Oct 10 2005, 07:42 PM']After weeks of waiting, my dealer finally called with my VIN number!? ...but when I went to track it, none of my options (which by the way I aggonized picking for months) popped up in the options box.? Is this normal??? ![Blink](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/blink.gif)

I'm picking up my 550 this morning in about 1 hour.
BMW Owner's Circle today now shows my car as At Your BMW Center. Yup, it is.
I've found that OC tracks about 36 to 48 hours behind, not too bad. However, there still are no options shown in the Order Detail. Oh, well.
The biggest information gap is from when your car hits the port to when it arrives are your dealership. OC is not much help with that. Your dealer will see when it is released from the VPC, but if there is a delay at the port (as I experienced), the dealer is just as much in the dark as you are for at least the first 10 days at the VPC.
