to the forum. The upper right search bar would help you out a lot. There are number of threads regarding 3rd party warranties. GL with your purchase. Another option would be to get the e60 CPO'd by a BMW dealer.

I would love to be wrong
My warranty expires in October 08 and I would love to get my car CPO'd.
I thought it's only for the original owners.
Do I just call my SA and tell him I want to get my car CPO?
How much?
Thanks in advance.
I just emailed to my dealer and this is what the manager emailed me back.
"BMWs that are not in a dealership ownership cannot be Certified. The Certification process was developed by BMW NA for the purpose of building confidence, value and sales enhancement of the BMW product being offered by BMW dealers. It is not an ?extended warranty? product."
