I read on some posts that the CPO option was only offered to the original owners/purchasers. Is this accurate?
I just wanted to know if I could get the CPO for my 530i if I bought the car with less than 25K miles from a non-BMW dealer?

What I would do is talk to another agent. I was offered $2195, $1995, $1895, and $1695 by 4 different agents at Hassel BMW in long island.

Oh, another thing. When the agent says, "Let me go double check." Don't believe it! Last time the agent said that, I found out he was flirting with the girls at the front when I went to get a drink.
