I am currently planning to lease a 2005 530i with sport package and logic 7 with leather and wood trim. I have heard of people leasing it for $600 a month out the door with $5000 down. Do you guys think i can get it at $600 a month or can I get a better deal.

To answer your question I would ask the following, how many years, and miles per year? $5,000 is alot of money to put down on a lease. I know people do it but I don't. I have leased many cars and I put down first and last payment and maybe some finance $ 300 or $400. Putting down $5,000 is like $140 per month over 3 years. Good Luck

Need to know MSRP, cap cost, miles on lease and local sales tax.

Also, check this out. I use it all the time to see what the dealers are up to.

Lease calculator

Make sure you include the aquition fee and security deposit
