I noticed some dents on my loaner car that im pretty sure werent there. 3 or 4 on the roof and one on the passenger side a pillar. I really have no idea how these all got here. I noticed them last night when i put the car in my garage. The dents arent terribly noticeable but if your looking for them youll definitly see them. Any idea how the insurance works on these things or would you guys just send it in and see if they say anything?

I would take a chance and see if they notice, and if they do, just play dumb.

Every time I get a loaner, they don't even come out and do a walk around when I turn it in

Yea thats what im thinking of doing. Ive never had a problem with the loaners before. They never checked them either. All they care about is returning it with a full tank of gas usually or at least however much is in there

If its possible, turn the car in after dark. If it's raining - that's a plus.

I heard this from a friend....

yeah, like the others said, just turn it in and play dumb. I had a loaner car in NYC once, it got side swiped, but since it was on the passenger's side I never noticed. They asked me about it when I turned it in and I just shrugged, had no idea when or where it was hit so they just said "ok" and I was on my way.

damm I had a problem with enterprise when I had a loaner and there were dents on the roof too! I didnt do them , it had looked like someone put a ladder on the roof or something. The car was dirty when I got it, and wasnt inspected well, then a diff guy noticed it when I returned, but im sure enterprise is better then bmw, Ive NEVER had them inspect a bmw loaner, I just walk in, hand in the keys and im gone. Dont sweat it, but return it at night, lol..
