This dealer should close down and nevery let him open 1 again.
If I was that person with that car, it would not be a happy ending for the dealer.

What goes around comes around...perhaps he had no obligation to help the woman and perhaps he did (contractually speaking)...his behavior was reprehensible (no excuse for it - none at all) and it will come back to him. I live in SoCal and shopped BMW all over the area...now I know I would not purchase from that dealer! :thumbsdown:
