I've been getting great service at Peter Pan BMW for years. Peter Pan & Sonnen seem the most willing to deal on pricing.

Try to avoid Stevens Creek BMW. Although 545 is a good lease/buy at the moment, they don't want to budge much off MSRP (only 1000-2000 off). That sucks.

Personally, i had some bad experiences with them too. When i was about to buy an E60, i waited at the dealer for more than 30 mins and none of the salesman approached me. I went straight to Peter Pan BMW and buy the car from them the next day without hesitation.
Well, that was my experience with them. It's just FYI.

[/quote]I had a similar experience at Stevens Creek when I was shopping for my car. Waited 15 minutes, cruising around the showroom--no salesman. Told receptionist I'd like to speak to a sales person--she says she'll page somebody. 15 minutes later--back to receptionist--same routine. Left 10 minutes later--didn't feel like begging them to take my money.

I've been to BMW Mountain View, BMW Fremont and East Bay BMW (Pleasanton) and I've found East Bay BMW to be the best, BUT they are all very distant behind Magnussen Lexus in Fremont for overall quality of service/customer satisfaction. BMW can learn a lot from Lexus in terms of customer service.
