Took my car to the dealer as it is still under warranty for a couple issues. Freezing I drive, knocking sound in sterring column, noisy sun roof deflector and chattering wipers. After them having the car for nearly 2 weeks i get it back. I go wash the car and the wipers have not even been replaced although the invoice shows that they were.

I call the dealer and ask what was going on and they said, "Oh we must have forgot to put them on." Or maybe they should have said, "We try and screw our customers and lie to them"

Now they have zero credibility and i have doubts on if any of the s/w updates and/or repairs were done correctly.

What do you guys think i should do? Call BMWNA and file a complaint against the dealer?

I don't know about trying to screw you on a set of wiper blades. Seems to me that wiper blade replacement is something that's pretty easy to determine. If they were trying to screw you, why on earth would they do it on something so cheap and obvious. People make mistakes and so do technicians. It happens. If everything else was fixed to your satisfaction I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm sure they offered to make good on it for you. If you call BMWNA, they will probably tell you the exact same thing so why bother?

Two weeks seems like a long time to remedy the issues you posted?

Hey at least they tightened you wheel lugs, my dealer replaced my front brake pads a few weeks ago, week before last I decided to paint my calipers - go to unbolt the front wheels before jacking the car up and, the lugs are barely finger tight, freaked me out. I have had my kids in the car a few times since - imagine the front wheel coming off?

2 weeks? Thats nothing. Pacific BMW in Glendale had my car for almost 2 months for my ticking lifters problem. I also brought it in for the scheduled oil change at the same time. The first 2 weeks, all they did was the oil change.
