My car was a local BMW service on Wednesday. Today, I noticed nice scratches on the headlight, bumber and kidney!!
I have kept this service place quite quality, but now I must take the these words back..

..On Monday I go to show them the damages. The most irritating, the fact that they do not tell anything...

Do you have similar experiences?

If you've had good service in the past, it could just be an accident. Obviously, you are upset, as any of us would be, but perhaps you should give them a chance to correct the problem before you get too angry.

It's very possible that they didn't even know about it and that another customer may have scraped your car. It is also possible that you got those scratches somewhere else and never noticed. This is why you should always do a walk around before you drop the car off and when you pick up the car. This should be done on-site so that they cannot argue that you received the damage somewhere else.

I took my car to the dealer once for some random maintenance. When I got the car back my two front 166's had curb rash on them. I was LIVID. I went straight to the top and demanded politely that they refinish both wheels and they did.

Its very important to do a walk around after a service visit, this should be a lesson learned for all of us.

I also have placed a permanent note in my service account not to wash the car after service, not feeling the Auto Carwash

Hope things work out for you.

Good point and the next time I?ll check my car accurately.

In this case I have a good evidence, because scratches are also under the hood. So the damage must have happened when the hood is open.
