I'm now negotiating on a 535xi - 36 or 39 month lease, 12K miles. Dealer is telling me MF is .0031 without security dep, .00295 with. This may be true, but I want to make sure dealer is not jacking them up. Can anyone verify what BMWFS REALLY is offering? I'm am not a returning customer...my last lease with BMW ran out about 2+ years ago.

I'm also negotiating a certain amount over invoice...of course my definition of invoice is about $1,500 more than what they claim it is - that's another story.
