CPO Negotiating Tips

Hello,
New to this forum, thank you for all of the great information! I test drove a 2005 CPO 545i today that I really enjoyed. Haven't bought a BMW in a couple of years now so I was looking for some friendly advice...
My sales guy seems a little new and I feel like after researching these forums I know more than him about the car; in fact he told me it didn't have Bluetooth then I proceeded to pair my LG enV with no problem. Needless to say I don't feel comfortable dealing with him but I liked the car.
Anyway here are the details: Is there something else that I should consider as a must have on this car?

We sat down and discussed a couple of options like adding iPOD cable, Sat Radio, and Extended Maintenance. He then said all of those things aside he asked me "What do you want to pay for the car?" Of course I wanted to say $30,000 but I didn't answer. What have your experiences been with CPO cars that dealers have around this price from a discount perspective? I know it may vary widely but if I decide to move forward what would everyone else throw in an offer at? 8% off that price? 10%? More?
PS - Little side note that got me a little fired up...for those 3 options I mentioned above I was quoted these add on prices:
iPOD Connectivity $790.00
Sat Radio $995.00
Maintenance Program $1,895.00
