Re-Import is, when ppl buy a German car in another EU country and then bring it "back" to Germany. Those cars are cheaper, even though they are brand new too...
But I don't know from which EU country it is the cheapest...

Net price without taxes...Netherlands and Denmark are cheapest ( for re-import purposes to another country ).
