I have just bought a 6 month old 525 whish was ?35,000 new in March of this year. I was just wondering how these prices compare with those in the US and farther afield?? Anyone wish to share some of this info??

Exactly... ?32k tops - without discount!

Perhaps some other extras haven't been listed...

How much did you pay at 6 months? (Did the dealer tell you ?35k?)

I got my e60 for almost 90,000 bucks.thats due to the 101% tax on cbu imports.

mine wouldve been close to ?38k new due to the media package, sports package etc which it has. base model is only 31/32 ish but with the extra bits and bobs it very quickly increases.

It was 35k new in march with Nav Pro, Bluetooth, Convenience pack, Service pack (3 years or 60k), leather (not sure whether this is standard??), larger alloys (19"?) I paid approx 26k with the deal he gave me.

Sound about right?? 6k on the clock and absolutely immaculate..

Sounds like a decent deal but E60's do seem to depreciate like a ton of bricks. I paid ?38.5k for my 530i M Sport a couple of months ago including Media pack, Visibilty Pack, Logic 7, Leather, High gloss, Tracker, Privacy glass and Automatic. The ?38.5k includes a 10% discount but at most its worth about ?30k as a trade in now.

Greetings from Singapore. Bought mine (525) with the options (see signature) for SG$230,000, which translates to nearly ?78,000. Tax structure in Singapore is rediculously high. Hmmm...what can I get for the same $$$ in the UK?
