anyone know the email address? i have a very bad experience from bevery hills bmw... never take it in there... i couldnt even complain to the manager... and the dent i got they are not going to fix it... plus the rear trunk cover.. they didnt even put it back and they lost all the clips for it... they are not willing to pay for anything.... anyone know what i should do? this is one of the damages.. i got a copy of the paper where they mark the damages and this is not on the paper too

I would recommend that you go thru the chain of command at the dealership, up to and including the GM. A low key professional approach generally works. You might try calling in and asking for the name of the sec of the GM. She can be of great assistance. She might even give his/her email address. Tell her you have some feedback for the dealership, and you really do not want to start with BMWNA. I guarantee she will respond very expeditiously and appropriately.
