I'm looking for a dealer in the San Francicso Bay Area that is experienced and competent in dealing with TCU, CPT-9000, and BTUM issues.

Has anyone had the CTP-9000 retrofit completed by a dealer in the Area?

My car is currently in AutoWest BMW of Fremont. After working on my car for several days now and some contradicting reports they have given me has resulted in me loosing confidence that they will be able to fix my car in a reasonable amount of time.

Any suggestions on where to go next:
I was thinking: Pleasanton or San Jose.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello,

I'm not sure what those codes/problems are but have you tried having your car serviced at BMW of San Francisco? I'm guessing that you may already have that's why you're asking about other dealerships nearby? If you want you can PM me more details on the problems that you're having and I can forward that info to my service department since I work there. Let me know!
