Clear coat peeling- covered by warranty?

There is clear coat peeling off my door handle in my 2007 525. The rest of the paint is perfect as the car has been taken good care of. This shouldn't be happening to a 2 year old car. Will the dealer cover this if I make a stink?

This has to be a defect in the painting process. The dealer should cover it, if they refuse call BMW NA and make a big fuss about it.
