My dealer loans bmw's however, you have to make an appointment in advance. If you were to show up same day, they would give you an enterprise loaner. Of course woith both, you're expected to pay for gas, which you would have to do anyway if you were driving you're own car. Beside that, they are free. Seems fair to me.

They tried to do this to my wife when she took the 550 to the dealer for a sunroof closing problem - they tried to charge her 75 bucks a day for two days for the car. One call to the sales guy I bought the car from, Steve Lee @ BMW of Houston North cleared the situation right up.

As I see it we buy these cars for the experience and the ability to be treated better than at any other company, to be catered to. Thats what its all about and many dealerships are loosing touch with this concept, I reminded the general manager last time I was in for service about this, he whole heartedly agrees.

yes they do, also Mini Cooper (not S type). Why did you buy your car @ Mckenna since you live in Long Beach

i ono. you should call the SA and ask. some bmw dealers are picky of who they can lend car to. Like Crevier loans car to their buyers only. BTW, you need your dad to "pretend" to drive it b/c you need to be 21 to legally drive their rentals (Enterprise). Switch out when you get out the dealer

car went in today due to my rim. i picked it up last week because i had a flat tire so they replaced the tire, but when i got it back my rim had scratches and chips on the edges. so today i brought it in and for sure had to get a rental. will get my car back tomorrow. in the meantime, from enterprise, they gave us a new 07 cadillac DTS. umm.. wow.. only around 200 miles on it too and its gangsta black haha. its a nice car.. a little too big for me though and a little too bouncy of a ride.
