I do not like Braman in Miami.
Quantity rather than Quality. Even when buying a car, they seem super arrogant.
I bought my car from South BMW. Not much better.
I tried to get the Sunroof fixed, and they stated that nothing was wrong.
After I told them that I could feel air coming through when it was closed, they did not really care.
I think that they all know about the SIB, but they understand the cost as well.
Good luck with the fight. South Florida is a difficult market.
Maybe you should try the one in Pembroke Pines. They seem a bit nicer.
