Update:
Got my car back, they had it for 4 days. Most of it was done except the MP3 retrofit, they said my car was not within production date for SIB code. My car has a production date of March 2005, oh well...I can live with that, I have Sirius XM and 7-disc CD player. I went to the beach today and have a pounding headache. I will post a detail info and SIB codes for rough idle and sunroof noise...can't barely look at the screen!
That sucks. Sounds like you won't be returning to that dealership.

I've searched for the answer, but I'm not sure what it is...My car was built 01/06, and it has Nav but no CDC (but it does have the prep). Am I going to have the same problem as ValE60?

My dear, you are fine! As long as you have the prep you are good. They begun in June '05 for MP3 retrofit. Make sure you take the SIB code with you.

6. Sunroof noise (not sure if they will do anything, but I wil put up a fight!)

7. Rough idle (SA tells me that they cannot do anything since I do not have any warning on idrive...) I got an SIB code for rough idle from another BMW dealership, I am curious on the outcome of this one.

....

Closed, I can understand the noise if it is open, but closed is unacceptable.

I cannot believe that it has taken them this long...although, when I had transmission problems it took them 4 weeks! Hang in there, they will get it fixed!!! One day...

If you still have the rough idle, then clean you MAF and pour in a bottle of the BMW fuel additive into your tank. This greatly reduced my rough idle
