caliper paint void warrantee?

hey guys came in for service and inquire about painting calipers.i was told by service advisor
that if i painted the calipers it would void my brake warrantee.anybody went thru this before?

OK in that case, get him to change it when it rusts and see what he says. He will say the caliper rust is not covered by warranty
