I searched throughout the dealer forum, but I didn't quite find what I'm looking for. A friend of mine is interested in purchasing a used E60 and wants to know where he should go to buy one. Personally, I bought mine from California because it was much cheaper there. But since then, I've read a few posts where it seems some members were getting much better deals on their cars than I did. He hasn't nailed down the specific model/year he wants but here is the general base he's starting from:

2005+
No more than 45,000 miles
Black/Black preferred

If anyone is a dealer of E60s or knows where I can go to get a good, honest deal, please post your input. Thanks in advance for everyones help!

I got my 2006 525i with 34k miles from Hassel BMW in Long Island for 26,995.00

Certified Pre Owned...I got an extended warranty/maintenance till 100k miles too...but that was a very much worth it extra 60 dollars a month.

www.hasselbmw.com.... Ask for Maggie tell them Paul Senza sent you

I think that is the site. You can google it.

Check out places in NY...It may be far but you will save so much money. I still cannot believe I got mine for the price. They were going for 33k with the same miles, condition and year!

I wanted a 545i but couldnt really find too many

I have a good friend who is a wholesaler and will beat any dealer. I bought my 04 at auction (check sig) for 41k. It had cpo and extended warranty and had only 9222k miles last Jan. The Kelly BB (haha) and the dealers were showing me the same car with 25k miles for the same price. PM me if you want to talk

Very true. I've been shopping for a 545i to join the e60 family and may be bringing it home later this week. It's a 2005 with 19k miles, 1 owner, clean carfax, sport, premium sound, and cold weather packages, black on black - $28,997 - seems like a good deal to me
