BMW replaced my Tires Thanks E60.net for info

You guys should have seen the service mangers face Monday when I dropped the car off and handed him the TSB on the tires that a member was willing to share with us here.
Well thats what made them do it, so any other members take this approach if those tires are giving you hell.
I wish we can share other TSB on the slamming gearbox to get dealers to take action.

Haha....can someone give me a copy of that TSB??? My tires make alot of noise and have really poor roadholding, it skids like crazy when wet and the tires still have at least 80% of tread...car only have 7000miles on it. This is really bothering me.I brought my car to the dealer but they refused to change it...stating that....everybody else is happy with the tires....this is ridiculous....HELP!!!

Hmmmm....can't see anything from the pic. But I don't get it....do we all get different versions of teh dunlops or what?

The pic is for the new Dunlops. The older ones have a different tread pattern and make LOTS of noise.

Are you sure the tread pattern changed? I thought that there was some interior modification made that wasn't visible to the naked eye...
