i got this when i got my car loan from BMW NA
I got $1000 above KBB for my trade in and I got my car for $3000 below blue book plus 4.9% and they made my first two payments.
CPO and extended service plan.

My Ride: 2005 545i Sports, Premium and dynamic packages
Just about the same here, bought my car in Nov '08. When I got my loan with BMW NA I got an extra $1,000 on my trade in (2000 328i), I also got $3,500 less of what dealer was asking for and at the time was 5.9% interest. It was a great deal in my book...

I think the offer they had Late 2008 was better, when they had 0.9% interest and free premium package (about 2k in value) with any E60. But I bet the blood-sucking dealers will always factor the premium package in when you negotiate the final price.
