ive heard that bmw manhattan is actually ownded by BMW (the parent company) and is not a franchise like all other dealers. is this true?

so, in theory, getting your car serviced there would be the best option since theyre probably the most up-to-date technically????

yes, i know they try to charge you an arm and a leg

Do not know about Manhattan, but Westchester BMW is definitiely BMWNA owned. I do not think I have gotton the very best proces there, but the proces are reasonable (some have done very well on "discontinued models), but the service is the best I have encountered.
