If you want to talk to them, they have a service number in Germany, but I think this number can't be reached from other countrys.
Anyways, you can call:
+49 89 3820
and tell them you are calling from outside of Germany and want to talk to the customer service desk.
Or you can email them at:
kundenbetreuung@bmw.de
Their opening times are:
Monday thru Sunday 8am-10pm
Germany is 3 hours behind Mauritius.
This means, you can reach them every day from 11am thru 01am.
