I havent done ED the only thing different is maybe you guys might get some priority over the newly shipped cars for whatever reason. Just wanted to clarify that. I was just mentioning the VPC in general has around a 2 week timetable for the aero kit based on my experience.
Oh I thought you said your car was waiting at the VPC for 2 weeks. Didn't you?
Why would any car that has been ordered sit at the VPC for 2+weeks unless it was damaged in transport.
I understand they repair damaged cars there too.

It will be 2 weeks this Saturday. The only reason I can think of as to why it would take more than 2 weeks is this... there are anywhere between 4,000-5,000 cars in a boat and from what I understand the VPC can push out around 300-400 cars a day. Also from what my dealer has told me its a tough installation, who knows though. If my car got damaged during transport thats fine as long as they bring it to me brand spanking new. I think that if the car has over 3% damage the VPC must disclose this to the dealer and they must tell the customer... If anyone else can confirm that or correct me if Im wrong that would be great.

FYI sometimes the VPC just happens to be very busy.
When I did ED, my car got a scratch in Italy so it was gonna be repaired when it got back to the US. The VPC was very backed up when my car arrived there, so my dealer gave me the option of having it repaired at their bodyshop instead of at the VPC if I wanted the car sooner.

I've waited long enough and I cant do anything about it either... I just have to be patient. Thats the way I look at it. Veight, I think you made a great choice on the aero kit and also the white I believe is stunning. Just dont let the wait kill you.
