I'm leasing a 545 through euro delivery. I had a dealer tell me that as of 12/1/04, BMWFS has an add on to the MF of .0007. So this would take the current MF of .00125 (which equates to 3%) to .00195 (which equates to 4.69%). This costs roughly $1,600 more over the term of the leaes. He said that BMWFS charges first month of the lease payment upfront and then they PAY the second payment. For this they add to the base MF on euro delivery only. He told me he was reading it to me over the phone from BMW's bulletin.

I have had no one else tell me this. He says that leases will be kicked back by BMW without this fee.

Anyone else heard this???
