Almost finalised my options list, and would appreciate any comments or thoughts you have on the below for my 535d Sport:
  • 205 Automatic Transmission (Std)
  • 226 M Sports Suspension (Std)
  • 217 Active Steering
  • 430 Interior and Exterior Auto Dim. including folding mirrors
  • 541 Active Cruise Control (if I can get it?)
  • 339 Dechrome (Std)
  • 508 PDC
  • 000 Anthracite headlining (Std)
  • 356 Climate Comfort Glass
  • 000 M Rear Spoiler
  • 677 Logic 7 Hifi
  • 456 Comfort Seats, fully electric
  • 455 Comfort Active Seats
  • 453 Comfort Active Seat Ventilation (including heated seats) - only if I choose Biege Nasca Leather
  • 423 Floor Mats
  • 441 Smokers Package (Std)
  • 442 Cup holders front and rear (Std)
  • 473 Armrest front, sliding (Std)
  • 534 Auto air conditioning, advanced
  • 255 M Sports Leather Steering Wheel
  • 601 TV function
  • 610 HUD (if available at time of ordering)
  • Z5H Media Package (609 Nav Prof, 644 Bluetooth, 672 6 CD changer)
  • Z5K Visibility Package (522 Bi-xenon, 502 Headlight Wash, 524 Adaptive Headlights)
As regards interior, if I don't go individual I'll either go for:
  • LCRK Auburn Dakota
  • LCBA Beige Dakota
  • U6BA Beige Nasca
I'm still very keen on 416 Carbon Black exterior colour, however if 475 Black Sapphire is an option on Sports Models I'd consider that as well.

[*]217 Active Steering
Love mine
[*]430 Interior and Exterior Auto Dim. including folding mirrors
Should really be standard, but great. Make sure the dealer activates the fold on lock.
[*]541 Active Cruise Control (if I can get it?)
Not available on sport yet?
[*]000 M Rear Spoiler
Would have this on a sport if/when I get one...
[*]677 Logic 7 Hifi
Heard all good things
[*]456 Comfort Seats, fully electric
All electric are great, especially if swapping drivers regularly
[*]423 Floor Mats
A must... Again, made to pay for them...!
[*]610 HUD (if available at time of ordering)
Still struggling to get this on RHD...?
[*]Z5H Media Package (609 Nav Prof, 644 Bluetooth, 672 6 CD changer)
Absolutely
[*]Z5K Visibility Package (522 Bi-xenon, 502 Headlight Wash, 524 Adaptive Headlights)
Again, should really be standard but wouldn't be without mine

Extended lights gives you lit footwells, and I think doors. Not sure exactly, but I wanted it and had to draw the line somewhere

I got HiFi, rather than Logic7. Not sure of the difference, as I haven't heard the L7, but HiFi is very good. I'm happy with it.

I've heard that HUD isn't available until March 05 builds. 535d might not be available until around then anyway, so you should be able to order it.

Whats climate comfort glass? Are you sticking with the aluminium cubing for the dash? Personally think it looks abit cheap.

330DSE - wow that's a long (expensive list).

I agree with the above comments on the aluminium cubing !
Noticed you are in Scotland.. you MUST get the heated wheel as well as heated seats!

If you have children; then I think the rear blinds ( inc side) are well worth getting - just to avoid the missus sticking those nasty add on blinds all over the place?
