The lease calculator on leasecalculator.com is the best one I have found. To do it properly, however, goto Edmunds.com and find out the cars invoice price and MSRP with the options you want. Then use a number that you actually want to pay for the car (such as $750 above invoice) as the selling price. You will need both the selling price and the MSRP to do the calculations.

If you need more help with this, PM me.

One key time on leasing is never put money down. It does not save you a penny on the total cost of the lease and if your car is stolen or totaled during the lease, you lose all of the money you put down. The safest thing to do financially when leasing is to put no money down and roll everthing, including sales taxes and acquisition fee, into the monthly payment.

don't put any money down as stated above...if you must, explore MSD's (multiple security deposits)

MSDs are a wonderdul way to lower your money factor. For each additional security deposiit, BMWFS lowers your money factor more (up to 7 MSDs I believe).

Also, MSDs are refundable. You will get them back when your lease ends naturally or unnaturally through a stolen or totalled car. In that aspect, it is nothing like making a cap cost reduction (downpayment) to a lease, which should never be done.

I never put money any DP. Always $0 <== that much. I think $4800 down payment is a lot of mulas for a lease DP.

Right now, with the exception of the Z4, the best lease is for 36 months.

How much is the lease for a 24months for the Z4?
