At a .0020 money factor (which is many times better than Audi, MB etc..and is likely lower than what BMW will assign the 535) with an MSRP of $56,500 (which I think is a little conservative) for 3yrs, 12k/yr your at over $800.00 a month. The lease rates on the 525i and 530xit are among the lowest of any vehicle sold in the U.S. and those lease specials result in payments in excess of $500.00. My best guess is that a 535i payment will be between $750-$850/month depending on the options and terms, and a 535xi should get to a $1000/month. I'd bet they will be worth every penny.

My payment on a brand new ED 530i, 24 month lease is $515 incl s/tax. Zero down, max MSDs. Sticker is $55k. Car is PLENTY fast.

Can't imagine needing more HP, although in October 2008 when my lease ends and the lease factors are low on 535i's (or diesels by then), I may do it again.
