I read recently that an estimated 500,000 flood damaged used cars could hit the market in the next few months in the aftermath of hurricanes Harvey and Irma in the U.S. They are most likely to turn up at auctions with salvage titles, but disreputable sellers may try to pass them off as unaffected.
