taking over lease on 08 550i sport with 24k

I have an 08 550i sport package with only 24k miles, I have exactly 1year left and up to 45k miles on my lease. I paid 5k to start and monthly payment is $900. my zip is 91792
Want to get into an M5, so if anyone is interested or can tell me how to sub lease it out. It will be great.
it is auto, ipod, sunshades, Navi and traffic and all the standard stuff.
