It has been a while since I read the articles when the E63 came out but it is my concrete recollection that they generally reported E63 0-60 times to be a little slower than E55. I would think that, given the engines' vastly diferent power curves that E63 would kick E55's rear on the top end and that eventually, in a race, as speeds rose, it would pass and pull away from the E55. But that would happen above legal speeds here in the US.
