No accidents, clean title, title in hand
Non-smoker
The car is mechanically sound and strong
Has all the options except for PDC
I have all the maintenance records with Baron BMW and Kansas City Autosport. From what KC Autosport told me during the last oil change, nothing needs to be changed for the foreseeable future
Always parked inside the garage
Never driven in the snow, or rain (unless it caught me)
Never tracked or autocrossed the car
Car is in Overland Park, Kansas

It's been a great car. I just don't drive it often (if you call putting 30K miles in 6 years often) since I work from home most of the time now. I am the third owner of the car and I bought it from another M5 enthusiast on the M5 board when it has 25K miles.

Price: $26000 (with the Fikse and OEM wheels included) or $25000 (with just the OEM wheels)
I still accept trades with an E60 with both our cars' KBB price +/- cash

Maintenance:
Vanos replaced under warranty by previous owner
Oil Change every 5000 miles
Changed the front brakes and rotors at 45000 miles
Changed thermostat at 44300 miles
Changed Pre-Cat 02 Sensors at 41400 miles
Replaced belts at 35200 miles
Replaced FSU at 34900 miles
Replaced Power Steering Pump at 30500 miles
Inpection I at 30300 miles
- Replaced Fuel Filter
- Changed Transmission Oil
- Changed Final Drive Oil
- Coolant Flush and Change
- Brake Fluid Flush and Change
Changed Instrument Cluster (due to missing pixels) at 26700 miles
Changed Post-Cat O2 Sensors at 26600 miles

Exterior:
Minor rock chips on front (normal 55K miles wear and tear)
There are 2 holes in the front bumper from mounting the front plate from previous owner
Fikse wheel on the driver's side is slightly bent (not noticeable and no issues at all with it holding air)

Interior:
No issues
Need to replace the little triangle sunshade in the back seat passenger side. It doesn't retract.

Upgrades:
20% Tint
Kelleners Exhaust
Evolve ECU Remap with Alpha-N (no need for MAFs anymore)
- I also have the cable just in case you want to return to stock ECU
Hardwired Valentine One with Stealth One (Valentine One not included)
18" Fikse Profil 10 18X9.5 (4 wheels) (These wheels are $1K each new)
Intravee Ipod Integration
Upgraded Sway Bar Brackets

I've been a member/lurker of the board since 2006 but haven't had the requisite post count to respond to PM yet so it's best to email me at ks7827 at yahoo dot com.

With the OEM Wheels
