Although your car looks like its in great shape and its pretty loaded, I have hard time believing buyers will spend $31K+ for a 550i when they can spend around $35k and get an M5. Its just one of those markets where the cars have depreciated considerably and the difference in price between engines is a narrow range. I ran the NADA guide value on your car and it runs anywhere from $22k-$25k for a trade-in and $30k retail. I know you're just asking $31,900, but that price point might turn off any potential buyers.

Thanks pal, appreciate it and I actually thought the same thing. I knew it was valued around 30ish, but I asked a little higher because I have the BMW Service and Extended Warranty. I'll drop it $1000 now and leave a tiny bit of room to negotiate. Thanks again

Would like to see ads where the E60 M5 sells for $35,000 Now if the car has issues or has over 70K miles then yeah, other wise for a nice M5,you are still looking at $45,000+

Price dropped to $30,900 with a little room to negotiate. Car is MINT, Tires brand new and of course since BMW Extended Warranty and Service are good to 100,000 miles, everything is up to date. Car is located in Southern California.

Selling to buy a new 2011 535i

Ask you and shall receive! I get that it has more miles, but when you're talking a $5k difference between cars, it makes the decision a little tougher for buyers. When I bought my 545i in 2008, the Ms were still another $10k more, so it was an easy decision for me. Now the market has changed, and these cars are getting even cheaper and there is more parity between engine models.

Always here to help . Just want you to get your car sold as fast as possible given the current market conditions. Having owned the car for a while now, the warranty is a great selling point!

Very interesting discussion. Makes me think that I have my car priced pretty fairly. Who knows, this market is insane anyway.
