Given I have addressed pretty much every Achilles heel of the car, I figured $14.5k was a good starting point. Opinions?

Too high. I bought a very clean and maintained 05 545i 6 speed for 13k on ebay last year. I was the only bidder. These cars scare people, but I love mine.

i think it will all depend on the options but on the flip side there are some major issues that occur around that 110-130k miles that is super costly to repair.

Only reason i purchased my e60 was because 3/5 known issues that plague the 545i were addressed by the previous owner. each one cost around 1k-1,800.

I sold mine in May of 2013 with 98K miles for $14.5k. I had to fight hard to get that even. Almost the exact same condition as yours.

Do you have any pictures? 14.5 sounds about right. Considering your car has SMG transmission I would think it would be higher then a regular 545 w/steptronic transmission.
