Evil... how juice can u squeaze outta her with that?
Ok, I won't comment...
Yeah, you're probably right, but the only mods she has are the tinted windows (film) and m-skirt. The rest is just keeping her in tip-top shape. Yeah, the insurance really sucks. I can get it for less w/o the full coverage deal [say 1.5-2k EUR].
Yeah... but you never know :-) I'd rather pass the wheel set on to a BMW-conoseur/lover who will treat 'em better. I can be both sentimental and confused when it comes to my car.

Frankly, I don't know which of is best on wet surfaces - between the SP3 and SP5. I can tell you that all reviews I've read on the SP5s is that they are spectacular on the dry (don't get me wrong... as are the SP3).
I can definitely tell you that I have aquaplaned with both my old SP2s (in the NL) and, quite recently, with my SP3 (in BE) - albeit going over a river of water on the highway, on an uphill curve, at high speed. Then again, I don't think any summer tire would have done better in the circumstances in which I found myself. In any case, DSC saved the day :-)
Cheers
