545i - 6 speed w/ M5 wheels - $16,000

Selling '04 BMW 545i w/100,000 miles with sport package, winter package (yes heated steering wheel too) and almost every other option offered. Asking $16,000 or consider trade for '04 or '05 M3.

The good:
Color combination very desirable dark grey with black interior
6 speed with Z4 shifter (shortens the throw significantly)
Routinely maintained at BMW dealership (BMW of Houston and now BMW of Louisville and AUTOBAHN)
19" M5 wheels (BMW not knock offs)
K&N filter
Immaculately maintained internally and externally (detailed twice a month and waxed every other month)
I have all records, both keys and all manuals(tools, etc.)
The only options this car doesn't have are back seat heaters and navigation
The bad:
It is going to need the timing chain/valve cover gaskets replaced (they recommend doing the vacuum pump at the same time)in the near future
One rear wheel has little curb rash (less then an 1 inch)
