This is a 2010 BMW E61 535i X-drive wagon with a manual transmission with 273k km produced for the Canadian market. I have videos of the common failure points working, and showing how the rattle of the rear waste gate goes away when warm. The following info was copy paste from other ads so excuse if it's "dumbed down" for the general public vs enthusiast market. Located 20min from the US border and have a vehicle exporter/transporter within 45 min from my house (Random Transport in Morris Manitoba).
Carfax is clean, no accidents, only "damage" on it is from a hail claim in May 2024 that resulted in the PDR listed below.

This vehicle specifically is optioned with the following:
Manual transmission
BMW business navigation (big screen)
Logic 7 highest option audio (15 speaker 700W)
Space grey metallic paint w/ Dakota black leather w/ anthracite bamboo wood (nice grey looking wood, not the bright brown wood some have)
I am the 4th owner but I have all the maintenance records (paper and spreadsheet documented) from the 2nd owner in 2014 as a CPO car and beyond. This car is not a deferred maintenance nightmare and it needs nothing right now, everything works as it should and if purchased by someone in MB will pass safety without any concerns.
In the last 20k km (3 years) it has had $4k in parts replaced (labor is my own) with the following maintenance done;
Full pointless dent removal done over entire car
entire front suspension
all brakes (rotors & pads)
Walnut blasted w/ new gaskets & new PCV hose
All new vacuum lines
all new coils & plugs
New windshield
A/c evaporator, expansion valve, dryer, heater fan & a/c system fill
Hatch hydraulic strut repaired and new gas strut
The previous owner from 2016 to 2022 spent $15,500 on maintenance. Turbos, clutch, cats, O2 sensors, index 12 injectors were replaced under warranty in 2015 at 120k km.
The few items that are common to these that aren’t “as new”;
Rear waste gate does rattle at startup when cold and on deceleration at low RPM. Does not affect boost or response, rear actuator was adjusted and has not thrown any codes for 2 years.
Couple small scratches on the body that have been touched up
Navigation screen anti-glare coating has flaked in some areas like nearly all BMW of this time.
This is the best I have for now, no access to a lift.
I do also have some videos of the common failure points on these working (lift gate, cargo cover, sunroof and shade) as well as a video of the engine running (though it happened to already be warm at that point).
