2006 M5 Black/Black HUD, Comfort Access, Active Seats, Warranty!&#

Thinking about going back to a 335i (e93) and am putting up a feeler on my M5.
Here are the specs:

43,500 miles
Clean Title
Sapphire Black
Black Leather
Aluminum Trim

Warranty: EasyCare TotalCare extended warranty for 3years/36k miles or (April 2013 or 78,000 miles). This warranty is one of the best warranties out there! It covers nearly every part on the car that is not considered wear and tear. It covers more than the BMW CPO warranty! Cost was $3250 which is included in the asking price or if you don't want the warranty we can subtract that since I can get a refund on it. Car had to be inspected by BMW of Stevens Creek before the warranty was purchased. And obviously the car passed inspection! Oil and microfilter were also done about a month ago.
The car is really really great condition other than a few hairline scratches here and there. The carfax does show one incident where there was damage reported but it did not say accident! I also ran an autocheck and shows no history of damage/accident so I'd venture to say that the damage was very very minor. Before I purchased the car I had it check by a buddy of mine who works at a body shop and he said everything was perfectly fine.
I am asking $41,500 obo w/warranty or $38,500 obo without the warranty. If you are interested call 415-810-2591. Located in the Bay Area. Please serious inquires only! Will only trade for/towards a white 335i Convertible.

Dayum, Daniel, this is a killer deal! Being that it only has 43-44K miles w/ an Easy Care warranty. This is the same warranty that I got for my M, and I do believe it is the best extended warranty. Clutch and Fly wheel is also covered per the warranty outlines. Other warranties will not cover these parts, but Easy Care does. GL on your sale, and you got PM D.
