2006 BMW M5 Fully Loaded w/ Warranty til 125K miles

Selling a higher dollar used car is a little tough right now. I am not willing to give the car away so that is why it is taking so long. I have had quite a few serious lookers but no takers and countless numbers of guys offer me 25K (which I consider an insult). The right buyer will come along and pick it up eventually.

I just recently bought my M5 about 3 months ago. Now my baby sitter can no longer watch my son and my wife is going to quit her job and stay home with my son so my toy needs to go.
Car is an 06 Silver Grey M5 with every option available in 06 (Full Leather, Active Seats, Sat. Radio, Heated Rear seats, Fold Down Rear Seats. Cooled seats/preferated leather, HUD, Rear air bags, alluminum trim).
Car has 57600 miles on it as of today and I fully intend on driving it on any nice day until it sells.
I have an aftermarket AA Auto Warranty which is a bumper to bumper Exclusionary policy that is good for 7 years or 125000 miles on the odo. It does cover the SMG and all its components. I also opted for the 0 deductable option.
Only mods on the car are LED angel eyes, Carbon Grills, and Carbon side grills. Has 2009.1 Nav Disk.
I just had a brand new set of continental ExtremeContact DWS 285/35/19s put on the rear.

That is an excellant looking M5 at an great price!! Good Luck with the sale!!
Car is in pretty much perfect condition other than a few small rock chips. Car does need an oil change in 2600 miles. Brakes still have ~30K miles before they need to be replaced.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Asking 40K with the warranty. If you don't want the warranty, I'll take 37K.

My Ride: 2010 550i M Sport Package - Alpine White/Blk Nasca Leather, Premium hi-fi system, Sat Radio, Nav, Cold Weather Package, Value Package, Shift Paddles, Comfort Access keyless entry, Power rear Sunshade, Front Ventilated seats, Split fold-down rear seats, Heated rear seats, Automatic high beams
At that price, this car would have sold a long time ago. Do what I did, put it on Autotrader.com, get the premium ad for $120 and it will sale within 2 weeks. My 545 sold in 2 wks and that's because I was nice enough to hold it for the first buyer who contacted me the same day I posted. Go to KBB and get the private sale $$$ and if you want it sold quickly, lower your price a bit below KBB. Good luck with the sale.
