2005 BMW 545i Sport 83k miles White on Tan

I am selling my personal car which is in outstanding shape and mechanical condition.
2005 BMW 545i with steptronic transmission.
It is Alpine white on tan leather with 83k miles on it, and the interior is in great condition with no rips or excessive wear.
It is smoke free and stain free.
Beautiful, smooth and ding free paint all over.
I get 27mpg on the highway and 19.7mpg in mixed city and highway driving.
Features and interesting highlights on the car are as follows:
Sport Package.
Logic 7 stereo.
Ipod Adaptor that works through the Idrive
Navigation system with bluetooth.
Comfort Seats with Nasca perforated leather with cooling features.
Heated and Cooled Front Seats
Sunroof
Rear sunshades on windows and rear glass.
35% Tint on all windows and rear glass.
It was a CPO car and the CPO warranty expired last month.
I have ALL the service records and here is a list of new items installed by Nalley BMW in the last 2 years:
BMW remanufactured engine was installed by Nalley BMW in May 2010 with 55k miles on the car. This new engine has another 11 months of unlimited warranty on it and it now has 28k trouble free miles on it.
New front wheel bearings. (Dec 2009)
Driver's side front strut(Dec 2009)
New upper an lower radiator hoses.
New Brakes, all 4 pads and rotors ( Jan 2011)
The following items were installed in the last month (May 2011):
New rear struts ($1100).
New radiator expansion tank.
New front sway bar links.
New Michelin A/S sport tires ($1300)
Couple of defects to note:
Very minor chip in windshield, it can be easily filled by the repair guy and it does NOT need replacement.
Bumper has several bug pits on it but it looks ok.
